Mayan Resorts Timeshare Owners


There are three simple steps to setup account information and register with us so that we may rent your timeshare weeks.  Existing owners may update their account information at anytime.

  1. Register with us by setting up an account with a unique User Name and Password. There are no charges or fees for this and no credit card is required.  Click Here if you are already registered and want to manage the weeks you have listed with us.

  2. Add the weeks you wish to make available for rent. There are no charges or fees for this and weeks may be added or removed from the "available for rent" list at anytime.

  3. We match up rental requests, availability at the resort, and timeshare owner "available for rent" weeks to initiate a transaction. For each of your weeks we rent you will recieve at least the minimum net rent listed on the rates page. We obtain our transaction fees from the renter based on a markup to the minimum net rent.
